How does payment work?
Open your banking app and scan the QR code. The payment amount and reference number will already be filled in. Send the payment, then tap "I've Paid" to message us on Instagram so we can confirm it.
How do I get my ticket after paying?
As soon as we receive your payment, we'll transfer your ticket through the venue's app or via Ticketmaster Mobile Transfer using the name and email you provide.
Is this safe?
Yes. We're a small team of real people behind the Instagram account, not an anonymous marketplace. Your payment goes directly to us by bank transfer—there's no third party holding your money.
Are the tickets real?
Yes. Every ticket is a genuine GA standing ticket originally bought through official sellers like Ticketmaster, GoOut, Ticketportal, or Fource, then resold directly to you.
What if a show sells out?
If a show is sold out, check the Sold Out section and follow our Instagram. We post new ticket drops there first whenever we get more.
Can I get a refund?
Once a ticket has been transferred, all sales are final, just like any other fan-to-fan resale. Please double-check the event, date, and price before paying. If the event is cancelled, you'll receive a full refund for the amount you paid.
